Hammarö, Sweden — March 6, 2026 — Steen Agency has partnered with Qualitara, a software engineering and AI solutions company, to produce a cinematic customer story about Sunny — an AI-powered rental platform developed together with Apartment List.
The collaboration marks Qualitara as a new international client for Steen Agency and represents the beginning of a broader partnership focused on emotionally driven storytelling for technology brands.
The first production was filmed entirely on location in San Francisco and tells the story behind Sunny, an AI-powered platform designed to simplify the apartment search experience through conversational AI and intelligent search experiences.
Bringing emotional storytelling into AI and software engineering
The film combines documentary-style interviews with cinematic visuals inspired by motorsport storytelling and modern tech branding. Steen Agency was responsible for the entire production, including creative development, interviews, cinematography and post-production.
